We promise to attempt a return on every item purchased in our stores or on Atlantacycling.com by scanning your receipt or packing slip, offering receipt look-up* or a non-receipted return or exchange can happen with a valid form of identification. Most items can be returned in your Atlanta Cycling store as noted on the packing slip in the Return Method column. Just bring in the packing slip and the item. If you prefer or need to mail in your return, please Contact Us so that we can help you with return shipping.
All items in new condition returned within 60 days will receive a no questions asked refund or exchange. Items returned after 30 days will receive an in-store credit for the full retail price of the item(s) being returned. All bundled items must be returned with all components for a refund.
The following items cannot be returned if opened and may only be exchanged: music, movies, and nutrition/food products.
For manufacturers' warranty and repair assistance, call one of our Atlanta Cycling locations at 770-952-7731 for Vinings or 404-873-2451 for Ansley. Our Trek bikes have an optional Trek Care Plus warranty program.
Check Purchases: refund will be issued in the form of a written check to be mailed out within 48 hours of the return.
Discounts and Promotions: refunded value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift or discount.
PayPal Purchases: refund will be issued in the form of a refund in the full amount to the purchasers' PayPal account.
Atlanta Cycling Gift Card Purchases: refund will be issued in the form of a Atlanta Cycling Gift Card.
Tax: the appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.
*Receipt Look-up - In most instances, Atlanta Cycling stores can verify purchases made in Stores and on AtlantaCycling.com within the last 90 days on a credit or debit card, check or Gift Card using our Refund Look-up system.
